Burrrrrrrr
The Chester River Sunrise is hard to beat. Waterfowl are in and making a racket but, to those of us who love having them, it's music.
Winter in Maryland is hard to predict. I've had roses blooming in December and I've seen snow in October. But no matter how bone chilling the wind feels, it's comforting to know that we'll only get about two months of the serious stuff and then we get beautiful, warm, crystalline days thrown in. Enough to coax a few daffodils to inch toward the sun a little too early.
Selling boats is an exercise in patience during this time. My hearty customers must wait while surveys are scheduled again and again in hopes of mother nature cooperating but, patience is rewarded by being able to personalize their new purchase and be on the water early for the new season. They have memorized the operating manuals and know exactly how to use those new instruments.
Bundle up! Let's go look at a few boats!
