Hot Water..........Oh Baby!

Hot Water was brand new and hull number 1 of the 420 series when she started her history. For a short while, she was in our charter fleet and some of you may remember her. After her owners decided to keep her all to themselves she took them to New England and south to warmer waters, as well.
You may find yourself wondering if she is really as nice as she looks but....I traveled to Charleston to see her just two weeks ago, and she's beautiful. Her owners are VERY particular and have kept her squeaky clean.
She is priced right and will astound you with her condition and care. She really is one of those boats that looks better and better....the closer you look.

Crab Cake....Once Again

I'll never forget the day Jack and Marcia walked into my office and said they were ready for their new boat. Yep....it was time. An IP 350 was their choice and we worked together to make their dream a reality. Crab Cake was a delightful name for her and they gave the sign painter free hand in designing a fetching little crab that was hanging on to the lettering. She was delivered and enjoyed most excellent care, living here on the Bay and taking Jack and Marcia away on weekends for years. She was always in beautiful shape. When it was time to find her a new home, Bruce was next in line and was again, a most exacting owner. He took her to South Carolina as his interim boat and has maintained and upgraded to excellent standards.
So, now Crab Cake is ready to grace another life. She has always been known to this broker, and always loved by her owners. She has not just been cleaned up for sale....this is how she has always...from the very beginning..been kept.
Lovely girl!
